Eddie and Hali started building elaborate birthday cakes for each other as “tradition” nearly 10 years ago. Tradition quickly became a passion and we started spending so much time in the kitchen we decided to make this a full time gig. We purchased an antique 1968 GMC carpet van, outfitted with some plywood and not much else. Over the course of two years Eddie built a gorgeous commercial kitchen in the back of the van, while I perfected my recipes. All the while our trusty shelter pup Emma Lou was by our side. This truck is the product of so much love and care and we hope to share that with you through our awesome baked goods and coffee. We can’t wait to see you on the road!
